This policy explains what personal data Shoothub ("we", "us") collects when you join our waitlist or register your club, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who we are
Shoothub is the data controller for the information you provide on this site. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at service@ichotz.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address.
When you register a club, we collect the club name, your name, your role at the club, city, country, email address, and — if you choose to provide it — a phone number.
Why we collect it, and our legal basis
- Waitlist: to email you once, when we launch. Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form.
- Club registration: to contact you about featuring your club at launch. Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where your data is stored
Submissions are stored in Google Sheets, provided by Google. Google may process data on servers outside your country under its own safeguards. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist and club data until launch and for a reasonable period afterwards to complete the purpose above, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to object to or restrict our processing. To exercise any of these, email service@ichotz.com and we'll respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across sites. Fonts and code are served from our own domain.
